**I'm having technical difficulties with this post. Don't know what is going on... bare with me. Sorry**
I feel like there are a lot of things to update this week, so let me see if I remember them all...
We went to the doctor on Thursday and asked about the 1# difference in weight, they said no worries. It is on the larger side of normal, but still normal and they are getting an 8 out of 8 score on everything they test and look for... so the doc is very happy with their health.
The girls are still in a different position every time we peek, they each apparently have a large swimming pool to move around in so they will continue to move a lot for a while longer (amniotic fluid level is good and high).
My energy level, heartburn, ability to sleep, # of braxton hicks, and aches and pains all seem to change regularly depending on the girls positions. Though I must boast that of all the solutions I have tried for sleep over the past few months, the other night I put a thick sleeping bag under the top of my mattress to boost it a little into a recline... and I got the best nights sleep I've had in over a month if not two. I felt great this morning.
My thyroid is testing normal and I have been able to change my diet back to something a little more normal! YAY!!! Dairy and wheat are still big no nos, and peppers seem to give me heartburn more than just baby position... but tomatoes and potatoes are back! Yay I can eat so many tasty yummy things now and my diet is almost back to normal!! I decided the "avoid dairy" advice is good, but it does not say to never ever eat it, so once a month pizza date is my plan! And tomorrow is the date, and I might add pudding to the menu since it is a tradition for the fourth of July to have blueberries, strawberries, and pudding layered for red white and blue.
I could go on ecstatically about tomatoes forever, so I just really want to make it clear and I REALLY REALLY happy that tomatoes are a good food for me once again. You just can't imagine how blue I was Jan-June and how very happy I am now! Yay tomatoes! We should have planted more :)
